Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) minced fresh ginger
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) oil, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb (454 g) pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch (2.5-cm) pieces
  • 3 cups (750 mL) cubed fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cubed red onion

Step 1

Marinade: In a shallow dish or large freezer bag, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, 2 tsp (10 mL) of the oil, and garlic. Add pork and mix to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes.

Thread skewers with marinated pork, onion, and pineapple. Repeat twice and add one more piece of pork at the end of the skewer.

Step 5

Air fry skewers for about 8 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve immediately.
